One of my favorite tenants at 1320 Grand Avenue is thinking about retiring.  His name is Don Turner and his business is SIGN DEPOT.  He is in a 1,500sf space with Grand Avenue exposure.  He has some medical issues to deal with and would like to sell his business to the right person who would take care of his list of customers.
