A couple of changes

We are offering spaces 1 & 2 at 757 N. Twin Oaks Valley Rd. as a combined space of 3,200 sq.ft. because of it’s frontage on N. Twin Oaks Valley Rd. which could be used as a retail showroom and have plenty of warehouse space with the offices. 

The 2,850 sq.ft. space at #11, 635 N. Twin Oaks Valley Rd. is very suited for auto repair.  3 roll-ups and office.

A couple of smaller spaces are now available, 920 sq.ft. at 1320 grand Ave. # 25 and 1,080 sq.ft. at 135 N. Pacific St. # C

The 1,600 sq.ft. space #5 at 757 N. Twin Oaks Valley Rd. has been leased.  We still have a couple of that size still available there.

Several Changes

October 4th, 2010

All the office suites at 375 N. Rancho Sante Fe Rd. are now off market and not available.

The property at 443 E. Mission Rd. has been taken off the market, both the sale and the lease offers.

The 1,600 sf spaces at 757 N. Twin Oaks Valley Rd. #2, 4, 5, & 6, have been reduced to $0.75 psf.
