Dean Tilton is a second generation North County real estate professional concentrating in Commercial and Industrial properties since 1978. His father Robert S. Tilton was active in the North County real estate brokerage from 1957 through 1978.  

Dean served as a Reserve Naval officer from 1969 to 1991.  He received his commission and his marine engineering degree and license at California Maritime Academy in 1969 and was active in the US Merchant Marine through 1978, as an engineering officer. Since that time, Dean has concentrated on North County business properties, sales, leasing and management. Dean was joined by son Ronald in 2018.

Dean’s brother Ross Tilton specialized in residential properties until his retirement in 2002.   Dean is pleased to announce that son Raymond will be reviving the residential arm of Tilton Realty. 

Ronald Tilton is a 3rd generation real estate professional. Ron loves doing commercial/industrial real estate. He is a motivated professional with a comprehensive experience in the commercial/industrial realm combined with a unique journey that includes a decade-long career as a professional ballet dancer.  With a passion for both artistry and business, Ron has transitioned from the world of dance to the vibrant realm of real estate, with the veteran help of his father Dean, a second generation broker himself.

For the past five years, Ron has excelled in various roles within the commercial industrial real estate sector. His expertise spans property management, leasing, and sales, demonstrating a keen understanding of the complexities of the industry. Ron has successfully negotiated deals, managed properties efficiently, and played a pivotal role in the growth of his clients' real estate portfolios.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Ron remains actively involved in the arts community, supporting initiatives that bridge the worlds of business and creativity.

Raymond Tilton is a 3rd generation real estate professional. Born and Raised in San Marcos, CA, he is deeply embedded in his community. Coming from a family with a multi-generational legacy in real estate that spans back to 1957, the Tilton’s have set a standard for integrity and expertise in the local market. In continuing this legacy, Raymond steps into the role of a dedicated Real Estate Agent, driven by the principles instilled by his family's established brokerage.

In a previous chapter of his life, Raymond performed on international stages as a Professional Ballet Dancer. He continues in sharing his ballet knowledge with the new generation of young dancers as a Dance Educator. The discipline and professionalism honed during his active professional dance years now define his approach to real estate. 

Karen Silva joined Tilton Realty in 2013 and brings with her over 30 years of experience in Operations Management. In her role, Karen oversees all of the office’s daily activities and serves as the point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property owners. Using her organizational skills, she ensures the smooth operations of all office procedures. 

Whether she’s reconciling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring Tilton Realty never run out of caffeinated beverages and snacks, or wrangling and making sense of complicated administration tasks, Karen is a consummate team player.
